Newborns
Are you expecting your first baby?
Congratulations! Our doctors offer prenatal visits to meet with you before your child is due. These prenatal visits allow parents to become acquainted with our providers, tour our office, and ask questions you may have about caring for you newborn.
We generally schedule prenatal appointments at 5:00pm Monday-Friday. Please call our office to schedule your prenatal appointment.
When your baby is born
Once you are discharged from the hospital we ask that you call to schedule your baby’s first appointment in the office. We will generally schedule your first visit 24 or 48 hours after discharge.
Prior to your first appointment
You will receive a link to our paperless registration. We ask that you complete this before you come into the office. Your baby is generally covered under both parents’ insurances for the first 30 days, so it is important that you provide us with both parents’ insurance information. Most insurance companies require the parents add the baby before he or she is 30 days of age.
Please alert our staff once the baby is added to your insurance policy. If you have any questions, please call our billing department.
Patients Transferring from Another Practice
Older Children
If you have older children and would like to become new patients, we ask that you call our office so our front desk staff can verify your insurance information and register you in our system.
Once you are registered you can print a Record Release Form to send to your previous doctor. We do require your child’s previous medical records prior to their first physical with us.
